Multiquip Incubators are fully guaranteed against manufacturing faults and will replaced or repaired should a fault arise within two years of purchase*.
Items excluded from warranty include globes and heater elements.
Multiquip incubator warranty stands if:
- You are the original purchaser of the product either from Multiquip, Multiquip Website, or from an authorized agent.
- All defects must be notified before the warranty period expires.
- The incubator has been used for its intended purpose and cleaned at the appropriate times.
- The incubator must be stored in a clean and dry environment**.
Multiquip Pty Ltd or authorized agents will at no stage be responsible for loss of eggs in the event of failure, however caused. The incubator owner is advised to arrange insurance to cover where loss of power, mechanical or electrical failure may result in unacceptable financial loss.
* All shipping costs must be paid to return the incubator to Multiquip to be repaired at our facility – 260 Tenth Ave, Austral, NSW, Australia. Or returned to an authorized service agent.
** Excluding moisture that may be caused from humidity control inside the incubator.
This warranty does not include any thermometers, egg trays or globes, included with your purchase of an incubator.
